Which counties do you ship to?
All over Ireland. We hand-deliver every order ourselves with care. The delivery cost depends on the distance from our warehouse in Cashel, and is automatically calculated at checkout. In general, anything within 80km from our warehouse will be delivered for free. In between 80 and 120km, it’s 50 euro, and anything further than 120km is 100 euro.
Do you assemble the products for me?
Yes we do! With every single product, assembly and installation on-site are included in the price at no extra cost.
Do I need a side-entrance for the installation of the garden sheds?
Yes, you do. Our products come flat-packed in large panels. We need a side entrance or outdoor route wide enough for the panels — they can’t be carried through the house, and we don’t use a crane to lift over walls. As a rule of thumb, if you can comfortably carry a 6 ft ironing board, table or door panel through your side gate, our panels will go through. If you’re unsure, send us a photo on Facebook (insert a tag) or WhatsApp (insert a tag with phone number) and we’ll check.
Can I order a custom size of one of your products?
Yes, all of our products can be made entirely custom to your size. Just tell us what you need through our contact form!
Do I need planning permission?
Most domestic garden sheds in Ireland are exempt if they’re under 25 m² total floor area and under 3 m (or 4 m with a pitched roof) in height. Always confirm with your local council.
Do I need to prepare anything before the garden shed arrives?
Yes, you need to have a solid base for the shed to sit on (see question below for acceptable bases). You also need to ensure that the base is clean, and there isn’t an old shed still sitting on it. We do not remove the old sheds as part of our service.
What kind of base do I need?
A solid, level base the same size as the shed. Acceptable bases are:
– A concrete slab approximately 100 mm thick on compacted hardcore with a damp-proof membrane
– 600 × 600 mm paving slabs, tightly butted, on a level sub-base
– Concrete blocks (for wooden sheds — we recommend raising timber sheds slightly off the ground to prevent rot).
